There is no better way to add upper body pushing strength and power than by training the Bench Press.  Although this exercise shouldn’t make up 98% of your training program, it definitely deserves some attention. When trained properly, you will safely gain strength in your chest, back, shoulders, and neck. Yes! You will finally enjoy a bully free life once you’re no longer a pencil neck. Want some abs too? The Bench Press also builds ab muscles. Of course, you’ll have to do something about your diet if you want to see them.
