Understanding where your body is in space is a big deal. We call this proprioception. Better proprioception reduces the risk of injuries and improves brain function.

Practicing the Snatch will make you strong everywhere, including your core. Core stability makes you an efficient mover so everything else in life and sport feels easier. You will have better posture as well which promotes longevity and quality of life.
