Our Services

Tier 1 – Individual Program Design

With this option you get an individualized training program that is designed for you to get stronger, fitter, and meet your specific goals. You will have access to our private Facebook group for support and weekly check-ins.

Tier 2 – IDP with Coaching

With our Tier 2 service you get everything in Tier 1 plus weekly coaching check-ins and videos from your coach. Coaching includes movement and nutrition reviews, as well as more frequent analysis of training results and faster response times.

Tier 3 – IDP and Live Coaching

With our Tier 3 service you get everything in Tiers 1 and 2 plus live coaching. Choose how often you’d like have live coaching sessions and receive movement and program adjustments in real time. Daily private messaging available with your coach.

I started my journey at IronFire in October of 2012 and never turned back since.  In 2012, I was in constant lower back and hip pain. Of course I was super scared too, but I was ready to try something different and was hopeful it would help with my back and hip issues.  So fast forward to December 2017…. I have accomplished many personal records (PRs), competed in a few competitions and a powerlifting competition.  All of which I never once imagined I would ever be able to do.  OH…. I can do a handstand and other movements I would have never imagined too!  If you are looking for a gym that truly cares about you, your safety, movement and your goals then IronFire is the gym for you.
